5.5% Carmel/crystal 10L (10 SRM)

All cluster hops 7.7 alpha
In our 17 gallon batch we did 2 ounces at 60 min, 2 ounces at 15 min, and 2 ounces at one minute
Safale 005 yeast
Mash temp was 156 for 60 minutes with half the volume of water and fly sparged with the other half at 165.
OG was 1.049 and FG was 1.010
