The tasting will be Wednesday evening, January 11th at Crafty West starting between 6:00 and 6:30.
We plan to put out the beers, each labeled with a number.
Each brewer will be given comment sheets with corresponding numbers. The only "judging" will be a line to judge how much the beer is to style and another line for how enjoyable the beer is in general. There will be a blank area for comments, noting flaws, adding detail on style, any suggestions, whatever comments you care to make.
A comments card will be left each beer (card number matching beer number).
Afterwards we'll put names with numbers so we can talk about particulars. No judging, no competition, just feedback.
There will be 13 or 14 beers, so 2 liters of each should allow up to about 4 ounces per sample, although a 2 oz initial sample is advisable. Taste, evaluate, comment and revisit as you want, bearing in mind the 4 oz upper limit.
